Last visit to Singapore was many years ago when I was working in Taylor's University School of Medicine, and we had to go to Singapore for training on how to use the Harvey.
My current Med School doesn't use the Harvey but we do encounter many patients with murmurs on the ward.
Since then, there was another session at Taylor's by Prof from USA who specialised in simulation medicine. I was working in Perdana University Graduate School of Medicine then, so traveled about 15 minutes from home to learn from the actual expert from US! Definitely better than travelling all the way to Singapore to learn from a student of the expert...
