For me, I think I had cramps due to lack of training. Never had it for any other distances. Maybe more seasoned Nitahain can advice.

..insyallah coach akan jawab...sebab setahu saya yang coach pesan supaya kurangkan makan pedas, cili...ais ( including aiskrim..hehe) dan makanan berminyak..terutama sekali seminggu sebelum event yang nak disertai...kurangkan fast food ( Kepsi, Mc'd )..

..that one good... BUT make sure you eat no sos... i use to eat pasta with tuna Ayam brand mayo but no spicy ... plus u may mix pasta with Salmon or eggs..
